My love you seem so tired. I am worried when you push yourself. Today it is time to stop. Stop racing and running and trying so hard to be everything to everyone. You are exhausted and you must take care of yourself today. It is a day to renew and gather your strength knowing that there will be countless tomorrows to conclude the business left over by today's indiscretion. Shower and while you stand in the hot fresh spray, allow the fatigue to wash away with the remains of sleep. Wash your hair and feel the clean fresh stream pour over your skin. Stay as long as you need to and enjoy the moment. Dress comfortably and go outside. Find a quiet special place where you can be one with nature. Embrace the soft wind and the swaying leaves. Gaze upward into an ever changing sky and marvel once more at the beauty you find there. Breathe deeply and close your eyes...lie back and allow your imagination to keep seeing the exquisite beauty all around. Fill your mind with gratitude and count your blessings. When you have finished, empty your mind of hurried thoughts.

If an idea tries to make its way back into your head, gently send it away for this is a time of renewal...of receiving. If you are quiet enough, God will speak to us and we will remember our purpose here. Wait for the message but do not be in a hurry. Listen to my voice and I will tell you all the things you long to hear. I proclaim my undying love for you and I speak of endless compliments for your life to date. I am your greatest fan and I see all the good in you even that which is yet to become reality. Today is a day of becoming. You are not a human being...you are a human becoming...becoming whole...a holy one. You can feel your impending sainthood this morning as you sit quietly under the shade trees. You watch the birds swoop and soar and you know that your spirit is soaring there too. Float on wings of love and watch the afternoon sun move toward evening shadows. You make a new commitment to your self and you enjoy this time alone. Fatigue is dissipating now. Let go. Let the pain in your heart from past wrongs waft softly into the breeze. Let the pain in your body seep out and be absorbed by the warm earth below. Sink inside yourself and come to me sweet friend. I kiss your brow and gently caress your face. I lay with you in the grass and share your moment of peace. There is no duty today, nor pressure to do or be anything at all. The very fact that you exist is enough. You are enough. You are more than I dreamed in my wildest imaginings - there are no words to tell you how special you are at this moment. Beloved one...stay here and rest until the sun goes down and I will become the bright star that comforts you tonight.
