INTENTION

I think the important thing to remember right now is "intention". No matter how people react to your actions, the only thing that really matters is your intention. Too often people miss the reality of your love and genuine caring. They put their own framework around your deeds and make incorrect interpretations based upon their limited knowledge or experience. You are the only one who knows that this situation began in sweetness and innocence. It was instigated by rightness and love. Perhaps one day they will see your truth, perhaps not. Meanwhile, you must let go of this new pain.

INNER PEACE

I know you better than you know yourself and my dear you must realize that this is just not like you! Lift your head and smile. Take several deep breaths. Start again. You may want to make another attempt to clarify your position; however, it may be too late for explanations. People who need explanations are not in the right mind frame to understand or accept your love. You cannot be responsible for how a person chooses to react to your actions. You have a pure heart and a good soul. I live inside of you and I know your truths. We are at peace. We are not at peace because our problems are solved. Our problems are solved because we are at peace.

STRESS

Where is this stress coming from? Why does your body tremble and your heart close to my voice? Is it just because of an impending visitor? Sweetheart, you can do this. You can get through this day and survive, no, soar on wings of confident self-love because you know that I am with you now and always. I know how strong you are and I know how difficult it is to put past pain aside and move on. You are all grown up and yet the child inside is crying out in fear and pain. This child needs you dear heart. Gather her up in your loving arms and give her comfort.

GHOSTS

Today we will go on a ghost hunt together. I love you so much that I want to eliminate the hauntings from your past. Though you can barely remember the experiences from your childhood, the imprint of hurtful words and negative experiences has made an indelible mark upon your wounded soul. This damage can be repaired and I think today would be a good time to begin to exorcise these demons. Take time to think and recall the ghosts that still haunt you today. You do not deserve this ache inside. You were perfect then and you are perfect now.

MASKS

You listened to strangers and valued their opinions over your own...eventually you abandoned your own opinion and took their negative thoughts as your truth. You lost your true self and put on a mask to disguise you from the world. In time you saw your reflection wearing this mask and believed that it was really you. You are behind the mask and you are perfect. You are spirit and you are joy. You are a mass of perfect energy vibrating with life and love. I am your angel and today I would remind you of who you really are.

ORGANIZATION

Isn't it amazing that in spite of the extraordinary parts of your life, you still must face the ordinary and even the mundane. Do you ever wonder, "Why"? I watched you racing through a list or errands - doing all the things that needed to be done for the family and I enjoyed seeing the skill with which you manage your time. You are much more organized than you were in your youth and perhaps this because you value your time so much more these days. Ordinary does not mean unnecessary.

SELF HEALING

Are you ready to know the truth about the power inside you? Part of you has known for a very long time. Parts of you have doubted that this incredible ability could be yours for the taking. You, my sweet one are a healer! You do not believe me? Place your two hands close to your face and focus on the warm current of energy that flows toward your cheeks. Feel the heat of this energy. Look closely at your fingers and you will not see a clear definition of where skin ends and space begins. Practice this gift with a pure heart. You are a healer.

TRAGEDY

I am your angel and I long to intervene when tragedy strikes. How can I make you understand that although I love you completely,I cannot interfere with the tests and trials of your Life? I love you too much to protect you or to change your destiny; however, I will also love you through your hard times and give you comfort. Life is a proving ground - an opportunity for you to discover exactly what you are made of. Bad things happen to good people.

SORROW

Never dream for a single moment in your times of need that you deserve this sorrow. Know that no matter how far down you fall, you have the ability and will climb back to where you were and higher. You are destined to greatness. Happiness is your birthright. Choice is your tool in sculpting a portion of joy from your life's offerings.

HELPING

Choose carefully dear heart. When life seems too painful to continue, choose again, but choose more wisely. Make each choice an elegant one and allow your perception of a state of grace to be your daily guide. If I could choose any man or woman who has ever lived, I would choose to be your angel. My joy in sharing your life must overflow into your heart for I see you sharing so much joy with others. Even in your darkest moments, you still look out for someone who needs your help. I cannot count the number of times you lift the spirits of others each day

LOVE

Loving has become like second nature to you. I love the way you love. I love you. I love the way you look at your life. You never ask, "why me". You simply look for the lesson to be learned and move on. Your courage is admirable and your faith in the goodness of mankind is unswerving. You have the unique ability to see a silver lining in each cloud. I see your future dear heart...trust me and be happy.

TRUTH

The most important rule in life is that you must show up! Fate, chance, destiny...these are determined somewhat by where you happen to be at any specific moment in time. Be aware dear heart of what life is offering to you moment by moment. Choose carefully and choose well. Chance and choice are interconnected and will provide you with a plethora of opportunity.

STARTING OVER

Today is a new beginning, your chance to start anew. I am so proud of you and gratified by this act of self love that has moved you to release and recover. I will stay by your side and whisper words of encouragement in your ear. I will give you the additional strength to resist falling back into the abyss of past pain. How amazing it is to watch you grow and become the wondrous being God always intended you to be!

COURAGE

What courage it has taken to come this far and yet this is only the beginning. Yes, you have failed before but never because you were a failure. I considered those moments only pauses while you regained insights and balance. I feel your readiness and your enthusiasm this time and am filled with excitement. You can do this my sweet friend. You can do anything now that you know the source of your strength.

DESTINY

There is a resource inside you that is overflowing - a fountain of knowledge and faith that will help you today and that will guide you to help others tomorrow. This is your destiny. You have discovered a new truth and your feet are treading the right path. Becoming is a difficult process and you will face serious challenges as each day unfolds; perseverance is the key. NEW BEGINNINGS

I love you now and always. I will be here inside cheering for you. You can make your dreams come true and you deserve happiness. If you falter, pick yourself up and begin again. The goal is just within your grasp. Reach out and feel the sweetness of your life. Become amazed at the power within your body and mind. BRIDGES

You, build bridges and your intimate connection with your fellow man is remarkable. How did you ever learn to love so sweetly? There are so many ways to define our separateness and to perpetuate loneliness. You are a free spirit guided by love. You search to expand your horizons and to be inclusive of all people. The gifts you have to give will find recipients just around the corner. Love and be love's channel. There is nothing else that you must do.

CYCLES

There is an everlasting cycle - a certain rightness to birth and death, a balance in the natural order of things. Today I grieve with you and ache to mend your broken heart. You have lost someone who was so special and close to you and you feel devastated right now. Tears will never wash away the pain and time will not mend your spirit. Only faith and love can heal this void inside. Faith that life is never over, it simply changes form.

LOSS

The one you miss is with me now, already an angel full of light and pure ecstasy. Observe nature to find meaning in the cycles. Trust that there is meaning in all living things. Fill your mind with sweet memories, happy thoughts of the special times you spent together before death touched your lives. Know that your days are numbered too and that all living beings will one day live in the light of another dimension. The one you love is not so very far away. Wipe away your tears.

BIRTH

I still remember the celebration in the universe so many years ago when I first knew that I would be selected to watch over you. The other angels sang songs of joy and congratulations to me. I was overcome with anticipation. Remember the moment of your birth. Those who saw you deemed you perfect...beautiful...a miracle. Everyone smiled. Everyone marvelled at the sweetness of your smell, the smoothness of your skin, the beauty of you! You were one of a kind, rarest of the rare, a priceless treasure.

FAITH

You have become more than I ever hoped for. I am amazed and delighted with your growth. Gracious heart, you are the child of God and I am the angel who guides and guards you as you move through your life experience. You are the one I love. You cannot see me but you know by your faith that I am always there beside and inside your being. Sometimes you imagine me in a far away place...at a great distance. Know that I am near.

AGAPE

My mandate is to bring you closeness when you feel distant. I am the messenger who brings you light when you are in darkness. I am your angel. I bring you the word when you question. Remember dear one that I am not the message nor am I the light. I am only the messenger. The message is simply "to love". Let me dwell in your eyes and enable you to see the world through me.

NAMASKAR

I will help you to recapture love's eyes once again so that I can be closer to you and you to Him. I am your link with the universe. I am your connection to all that is good. I watch over you day and night. I am here. My only purpose is to help you move through the darkness into the light. Be still and listen. You will always hear my voice - a gentle sigh above the din of worldly confusion. Be guided by pure intuition and insight. Choose love. Love is the only path.

CHALLENGE

Life is a challenge today. Some would begin a task and finding it difficult, quit way too soon. If they had only pushed toward deeper water...if only they had trusted themselves...if only they had moved past the difficult beginning to that place of new resolve and purpose.
